the soy milk flavour
the aroma once opened is already familiar
n yet juz can't tell what it is
after biting down
the taste feeling even more familiar
at first.. the taste makes me think of Chinese almond cookies 杏仁餅
n then.. think of the Philippine milk cookies (that milky n powdery cookie)
the texture.. n also the size
it resembles the jp egg cookies 雞蛋煎餅
that is good light crispy crunchy
...
the black tea flavour
the tea aroma is very welcoming
the taste same brings back my memory
n yet juz can't describe it
the texture
its same nice n crispy like the soymilk flavour
the tea leaves are visible but give no effect on the texture
...
some good points
first
the biscuits are all baked to be juz right
found none of them looking too brown n burnt
while the crispness is consistent for each piece
second
the texture is gd
each bite sized piece is nice crispy
since it's not too thick cut.. the mouthful of slurry after chewing will not be too heavy or sticky to throat
nonetheless the biscuits got some chunky pieces after chewing up
that was like the crunchy chopped up nuts.. or like popping candy (maybe that's the soy pulp?)
third
the aftertaste is pleasant
mouth doesn't feel dry
btw for the black tea flavour.. if chew down slowly the aftertaste is quite refreshing
...
some drawbacks
one drawback of this biscuit
is the packaging
the opening point is near the center.. but not near the corner
therefore
it would be hard not to open up hitting the content in the bag
even if try another opening up method
still can't open it nice neat n tidy
second “no good”
is that some of the bags got broken pieces
it would be very likely.. the factory is packing broken pieces into some bags
coz I found one bag, containing 14 intact pieces n 1 broken half piece
in no way would the biscuits be broken into pieces after packaging
or else where's the other half?

hv soy milk flavour n cocoa flavour
...
the soy milk one.. juz as written above
(although today got 2 bags broken into crumbs)
...
the cocoa flavour
once opened.. aroma of sweet chocolate is strong
n that was juz the typical aroma of choc chip cookies
the taste juz like every chocolate cookies
sweet n rich choco flavour
n yet not too sweet
the texture
juz same light crunchy like the soy milk one.. as the size n thickness are same
chewing into the chunky bits (those like popping candy) won't affect the chocolate flavour
...
when compared
the soy milk one is more mild n refreshing
while the cocoa flavour taste a bit more intense
the soy milk one will be easier to keep on munching
...
juz a bonus
the kinako soy nuts
the kinako powder coating is nice n sweet
n it juz looks n tastes like typical soybean powder
then the crunchy layer in the middle.. its juz like other batter coated peanuts
n that's a light crunch.. w/ no distinctive flavour
then the soy nut
juz from the look already noticed they're so brown burnt.. not feeling okay to consume
n though did hv a few nuts that are less brown..
n they're like crunchy peanuts.. quite nutty.. quite crunchy
