gluten free cake mix, betty crocker @20210630 (22 pics) it's a fail first the rise unexpected n causing it hit the cover n absorb the moisture ... second the measure mistakes of ingredients as oil will be less dense n thus exchange 1 ml to 1g might be juz too much oil used maybe as a result its too moist? plus, the second bowl pour too much oil also the applesauce should be more dense n same theory should be more grams n yet 1 ml to 1 gram is mistaken ... third overbeat the batter the applesauce batter is overbeat n it's almost 5mins n which has doubled the suggested time ... fourth the steaming time juz coz its already rise to the cover n thus juz gotta stop heating anyways though maybe 30mins is undercooked n so it's still like half raw inside maybe, if given more time it's less muddy n more solid dry, be better cake-like
