wholewheat spaghetti by Tesco 

to go wif impossible vegan meat sauce 

this is a first try on the meat sauce 

n as well as impossible meat

taste not salty as it smells 

maybe that's the smell of wholewheat? 

the texture 

soft enough 

yet a bit hard in the centre 

maybe need some more minutes... 

give it another 2 mins simmer 

juz similar in texture 

maybe coz its wholewheat? 

maybe it's so called al dente?

maybe soaking time will soften them?

anyways.. start munch on 

the dark brown dots 

signs of wholewheat.. 

opened up the vegan meat sauce 

made wif impossible vegan meat 

once opened 

the savoury n spicy aroma is very dominant 

n juz reminds me of 酒樓.. the smell of dimsum..

as seen 

got a thick layer of red spicy oil on top 

think that's too spicy n oily

n thus pour away most 

the first bite of meat sauce 

got mushroom are chewy meat sauce in it 

its quite spicy 

juz as it smells 

as of texture 

the vegan meat sauce got the texture very similar to ground meat

that reminds me of the meat in spaghetti bolognese 肉醬意粉

some spaghetti stuck together 

as I didn't stir it to loose them up 

yet 

they're much less easy to stick n clump up 

when compared wif other noodles 

maybe coz its wholewheat ? 

in the meat sauce 

there are some bigger chunks of vegan meat 

which resembles the texture of meat better than the crumbled meat pieces 

also 

got great amount of chilli n spices 

for some bites 

there are obvious thick fiber like strands 

wonder what it is actually... 

maybe its vegan meat fibres?

maybe it's from ginger?

hv to lick away the sauce n spices on surface
